Energy Secretary Carlos Jericho "Icot" L. Petilla turns over the symbolic Key to Leyte Governor Mimiette S. Bagulaya who recieved one ambulance for the provincial government and five other ambulances for the district hospitals namely: Ormoc District Hospital, Hilongos District Hospital, Leyte Provincial Hospital, Manuel B. Veloso Memorial Distirct Hospital and Western Leyte District Hospital (Baybay City). The funds were taken from the Energy Regulatory # 1-94 of the Department of Energy. Also in the photo are businessman Dominic L. Petilla and Board Member Carlo Loreto of the 5th District of Leyte. Leyte Guv Vows to Support Social Integration Program

TACLOBAN CITY - Leyte Gov. Mimietta Bagulaya vowed that the provincial government of Leyte would continue to be the conduit party of the Social Integration Program of the Philippine Army and Office of the Presidential Assistant on the Peace Process (OPAPP) that provides livelihood and financial assistance to rebel returnees.
